The 21st has arrived and with it the new Caves EP, While You Were Partying, I Was Dying.  Having showcased incredible talent on the single ’1993′, Caves delivers with three more tracks just as catchy and memorable.  I’ve listened through the whole 12-minute EP countless times and it’s only grown on me since its first spin.  Each of the four tracks showcases a different reason why Caves is so good.  On standout ‘Eleven Twenty’, Caves’ vocals are backed by a robust and probably sampled horn section while on ’310′ Caves sings in a Washed Out-esque falsetto over a Washed Out-esque instrumental.  Stream and download the EP for free below or at Absent Fever’s bandcamp…
