Pasta Primavera introduced me to the Todd Rungren sampling track If You Want It by TV Girl.  The track is a warm and immediate while remaining smart and fresh.  I have listened to the track countless times and it still captivates me like the first time.  By utilizing samples as integral parts of basic indie-rock songs TV Girl sounds incredibly unique and fresh.  The sample are not merely gimmicks however, as they are important parts of the songs.  Their debut self-titled EP is filled with four great indie-pop songs that will appeal to those looking for light and incredibly catchy music.  Stream and download the EP below.
