A few years ago Converse brought Julian Casablancas, Santigold, N.E.R.D and Pharrell together to produce the song above.  Although the result wasn’t spectacular, Converse hope to have success with the pairing of Kid Cudi, Best Coast and Rostam Batmanglij of Vampire Weekend.  Below is a teaser released of Best Coast sharing their influences.

I actually think that the pairing will be a successful one giving the greater similarities between the three artists.  Look out for the song sometime next month.
