I know this is older but it is worth posting. Here is the trippy video of MGMT performing for the indie music lovers Yo Gabba Gabba.

It is towards the end of the year and many sites are looking back at 2009 with lists and articles. Here is a great video put together by Stereogum of all the bands that have been lost this year.

This song is definitily the most exciting track that I have heard leading up to Contra. The song sounds like nothing heard on their debut and is more reminiscent of Rostam’s recent work with Discovery. The track contains a hiccuping vocal loop to go along with Ezra’s dreamy vocals. Check it out here.
